Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1-1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flaked coconut
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 2 - 8-inch pie pans. In a small bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Set aside. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add milk and mix.
