Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Homemade Chicken Nuggets


4-5 chicken breasts, cut in strips
1 egg beaten
½ Cup Parmesan cheese
¼ Cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon oregano and parsley
¼ teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper
In separate shallow bowls add egg and remaining ingredients, except chicken, in the other bowl. Dip chicken in beaten egg. Then coat with crumb mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Then flash freeze or flash freeze before cooking.
