1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 can (14.5 ounces) tomatoes
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker or crockpot. Cook on high 4 to 5 hours.Serves 4 to 6, depending on chicken cuts.
