I tried Cardio Workout with Strength Exercises it does work your body! After doing this exercise workout for 2 days in a row so far my body is feeling it! I know when I do a work out and my muscles are feeling worked it was a good one.






Cardio Workout with Strength Exercises consist of 3 circuits each 6 exercises. The length of workout is following:
warm up - 4 minutes
cardio workout - 25 minutes
stretching: 7 minutes
